1. Working principle of pellet making machine:

We mainly adopt three kinds of pellet making machines, one is the ring die pellet machine and the second one is the flat die pellet machine, the third one is vertical pellet making machine; here below is the main working principle of the ring die pellet machine.

It consists of 4 parts: the feeder, the conditioner, the ring die and the motor.

the softened and steamed material will go through the ring die to make pellets, we can adjust the ring die to make different sizes of the pellets.
