Product Description

It is suitable for home-using or small enterprises producing biomass pellet fuel or feed ,it can be configured to diesel power or electricity power, it is mobile flexible and simple operation; big flat die pellet machine producing animal feed , big ring die pellet machine producing fuel are suitable for large enterprises with large-scale production , with high energy efficiency ,clean and environment protected

Biomass raw materials are corn stalks, wheat straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, branches, leaves, palm fiber, cassava powder , sawdust and other crops , solid waste, furfural-residue, edible fungus dregs,and herbal medicine residue etc.

Voltage
Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries.

Materials of machine:

Screws: 38#CrMoAl;

Structure: 45# Steel;

Cover board: Stainless steel(201 or 304);

All parts where touch product are food grade stainless steel.

Requirements:

It apply for wood sawdust within diameter 5mm,moisture around 10~13%. Final wood pellet with diameter 6,8,10,12mm,with length can be 8~18mm.
