Working principle:

Oil is pumped into filter chamber, which is forced through the filtering plate under the air pump, the pure oil is the side and the oil dregs remain the other side, the shaking motor let the oil dregs drop off the bottom of machine, then drain out of the machine.

2. Stainless steel filtering plate, no need filter paper and filter cloth which reduced the filtering cost.
3. Pneumatic vibrating slag falling equipment can realize automatically rid off the oil dregs and continuously;

1. Working pressure: rated 0.1-0.4  Max 0.5

2. Oil fat working temperature: decolorizing less than 150 °C , crude oil less than ≤80°C

3. Oil slags content in oil:  decolorizing ≤0.05°C, pressed crude oil ≤0.2%
4. Oil fat content in slags:  ≤25%

All our package are standard fumigated wooden box except very big machines we use simple pack, we need around 5 working days to finish the machine and ready to deliver. If want extra spare parts pls notify when place order.
