The differences between the  cubic autoclave meat food and the traditional type:

 

 

1. The actual volume of cubic large steam autoclave is same as two sets of traditional pots. For example, the capacity of one 5m³cubic sterilization pot is equal to two 1200*3600 type traditional pots.
2. Parallel-moving door structure achieving automatic production through the chain can realize food automatically loads or unloads so as to improve production efficiency.
3. The bottom of the cubic large steam autoclave is at the same level with outside ground. It is more convenient and more labor-saving to push in or pull out the cart which is filled with food.
4. Under the same production, the cubic large steam autoclave occupies a much smaller area and use less energy,labor intensity will also be reduced.
5. The length of the cubic large steam autoclave can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements, capacity from 5 m³ to 48 m³ is available.
