Steam and the atomized sterilization water Spraying directly in the sterilization pot from different angles, steam and water mixed convection, and form a perfect temperature distribution, facility with a direct heating and indirect cooling type, no contact of cooling water and process water, so that secondary pollution of the food can be avoided. At the same time, the working medium can be recycle used during the sterilization process, thus to save time and energy.

Parameters such as temperature and pressure have a high adjustability , also can be controlled timely and accurately.

The chamber of the pot is equipped with four removable sensors, which can monitor both the F value of the food center and the heat distribution in the pot at all times, perfect pressure control during the whole sterilization process, to ensure the lowest degree of deformation for the package.
