And it can make the material distributed evenly in the radical section inside the dryer to form a thin, even, fully distributed material flow. Working Principle of Rotary Drum Dryer:
The heat resource of the dryer comes from the burning device. Our dryer adopts the parallel-flow heating method. The materials enter into the cylinder through the feed chute and then are lifted by the spiral lifting blade. Because of the slope, the material will go to the lower end of the cylinder by gravity and rotating force. At the same time, the lifting blade lifts the material to the upper end of the cylinder to form an even material flow in the cylinder. So there will be a full heat exchange between the material and the hot air inside the cylinder. Because the material is lifted repeatedly, the moisture contained becomes less gradually to fulfill the drying purpose.
