Briquette Making Machine/Complete Biomass Charcoal Briquette Production Line from Wood,Sawdust,Coconut,Rice Husk

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into briquette machine, get the biomass briquettes

5. Carbonized the biomass briquettes into charcoal.

Step 1: Crushing process

Our crusher is new style and multipurpose machine, it can be crushing 10 mm ~ 30 mm (Diameter / Thickness) biomass materials, after crushing, the finally powder can reach to 1mm ~ 8mm ( adjustable ), needn't to use any other equipments.

It have the characteristics of compact structure, strong and durable,safe and reliable, easy operation, low noise, low energy and high efficiency, easy maintenance, etc.

Blade Cruhser

Main used for crushing the big hard-wood materials.

Such as: Round wood, Wood logs, Tree Trunk , bamboo, etc.

Hammer Mill

Main used for crushing the small and soft materials.

Such as: Wood chips, Wood shavings, Small branch, Straw, Bark, Leaf, Hay, Grass, Shell, Plant root, Stalk, Palm fiber, etc.

Step 2: Drying process

We can supply two types of dryer:rotary dryer and hot airflor dryer.

air flow type sawdust dryer

This hot airflow dryer dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30~60%. The eco-friendly dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are put into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. This eco-friendly dryer reduces the moisture to 8~12% with the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency.

wood sawdust rotary drum dryer

wood roatry drum dryer's material to be dried is pushed back immindiately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the dryer is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, sawdsut drying system is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow.

Step 3: Briquette making process

Wood sawdust briquette machine is a reliable way to make profit from agro forestry wastes. Due to the increase of the conventional fuel cost, the awareness of using eco-friendly and bio-fuel is increasing day by day .wood charcoal making machine can make sawdust into wood stick in order to make wood charcoal, BBQ charcoal.

Briquette machine will compress sawdus,biomass powder etc into briquettesunder high temperature and high pressure without no binder.

Final Product Briquettes

The finalbriquettes diameter can be 50-80mm, shape can be square, hexogonal, cylinder.

Step 4: Carbonization Process

Carboniztaion furnace for wood is also combined type. this kind of carbonization stove are included three inner stove, when one inner stove are finished, it can be hoisted outside,. And when the first inner stove are cooling , the other inner stove can be carbonized at the same time, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increase a lot .This type of stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.

Carbonization Furnace

Carbonization furnace is charcoal making machine, to carbonize the briquettes into barbecue charcoal.

Final Product

It can be carbonize to wood branch charcoal, wood log charcoal, bamboo charcoal, briquette charcoal, coconut shell charcoal and so on.
