Application

Wood Crusher is used to crush the wood, branches and bamboo etc into Sawdust or shavings.It is suitable for branch and many kinds of waste wood whose diameter is between 3cm-20cm.

Working principle

It uses blades to cutting and high speed airflow to reduce the wood into sawdust and granular with different fineness. While the blades inside are cutting with a high rotating speed, the rotor generates strong airflow which rotates st the same direction as rotor. As the blades rotate and cut, the airflow crushes the material at the same time. In this way, the speed of sawdust ouput can be increased.

 

Raw materials   

Tree branch, peanut shell,coffee husk, sunflower seed,wheat straw,wood chips,sunflower stalk, bamboo,waste wood ,grass tobacco waste,mustard stalk,waste leaves,soybeans husk and any other plant wastes which size is from 5mm to 80 mm . This kind of widely used in food factory ,swine farm , paper factory ,wood factory ,etc.
