Brief introduction:

     The machine is mainly used to make the floor slab of house or building. The machine is making the beam through mechanical squeezing. It uses the vibrator to compaction the slab makes the cement, sand and stone etc. fastening together.

What panels can this machine produce:

       Precast Concrete Slab Machine take cement,stone,sand, coal gangue, pumice, shale, hay-dite etc of one or more, add a certain proportion of ordinary cement, expanded perlite as raw material, you can add 1.6~4mm low carbon steel wire in the wall panel as support strengthened material.

The feature if this machine:

     Spiral reamer, edge template, vibration plates, hang hooks, guiding reinforced mixture device etc easily-worn are surrounded by hard alloy welding, enhance easily-worn parts service life extremely.
