3.working principle of wood pellet briquette machine 

wood pellet briquette machine is with mechanical circular motion as the foundation, power as a driving force, the motor drive, the pressure rod rotation, pressure rod and particles produced between temperature and powder material by high temperature pasting in the pressure rod under the action of the extrusion die from the vent, the left tray made of particles will be sent outside, through the cutting knife grain can be adjusted .

CRUSHING:The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1-6mm. Thus if your material diameter exceed 6mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-6mm for supporting to produce pellets. Our FR- series chipping and crushing machine is your best choice. It mills raw material like tree branch, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc, with size less than 50mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5 mm, then it is pushed to next process to get dried and pelletized.  

 

DRYING:The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.

 

PELLETIZING:Pellet mill is the heart of the wood pellet production line, and has reliable running performance . It is special designed for compacting of wood, straw, and other biomass sources into pellets. Capacity ranges from 1T to 10T per hour.
You can choose ring die pellet mill or flat die pellet mill depend on your capacity requirement. Our FR-series Ring die pellet mill is best choice for large scale production, while, FR- series flat die pellet mill is suitable for small pellet production line. COOLING: after pelletizing,the temperature of wood pellets is between 60-80degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%.A cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and the moisture content,also help screeen good and pure pellets .However,

considering the feedback from some foreign clients,the local climate is very humidity ,they hope to cool the wood pellets with moisture7%-8%.

 

PACKING: the pellets will not directly be into the fuel process,avoiding the pellet affected with damp,the packing process is very necessary.
