Operating Principle of ultrasonic vibrating screen:

1.Its vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is
regarded as a vibratory source.

2.The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal,
vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface.
3.Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the
materials on the sieve.

4.This vibrating screen uses excellent qualified motor as power source, then the materials can be thrown onto the sieve and go forward to make a straight movement. It can be equipped with single or multi-screen to achieve the grading, removing impurity,removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration etc.
