Description of    8 hp diesel engine animal feed pellet mill   

 

 

feed pellet making mill is used for making animal feed pellet for pig ,chicken , cattle , sheep and rabbit 

it  can be powered by both diesel engine and electric motor. We adopt the new design of direct connection of motor shaft and the main shaft that overcome the loose defect of belt connecting as long time using. When the raw materials are added in the press room , extruded by roller and die , they will be heated to 60-80 degrees by the friction among them. After being pressed through the die , the animal feed pellet is out .You can choose the size of the feed pellet by using different die with different size2 -6mm of holes in it.

if u don't want to use electric motor ,a diesel engine is another choice to drive the feed pellet mill

the heart parts of the animal feed pellet machine are die and rollers.when the power supplied by motor or diesel engine are trasmitted by basin angle gear to the die , the die rotate , the die bring the above die rotate , they make friction , make pressure and temperature.the raw material in press room ,as the high heat , kill out much part of bacteria , healthy to animal, then the raw material pressed through the die hole , the animal feed pellet comes out
