The characteristics of the flat die pellet mill

1.YSKJ series wood pellet mill is mainly applied to biomass material, make the biomass fuel pellets (wood pellet).The size of input materials should smaller than the diameter of the pellets you want to get. The best moisture content of raw materials is 15%-20%, the moisture of finished pellets is about 13%.

2.The pellet mill can be both with motor and diesel engine can satisfy the different customers' requirements.

3.Under the advanced technology adopting automobile differential gear, the capacity of our machines is high, energy consumption is low and the operation is very convenient.

4.The diameter is from 3-30mm, can make according to customers’ need.

1.What is the after-sale service of your machines?

One year quality guarantee, during this period, any parts (except the wear parts: Roller, molds, bearings, oil seals) of

our machine doesn’t work, after we have talked or sending new parts for free to your place, but still can not fix, we

could send our technicians to your place.

After one year later, we will definitely support your when needed, you will be welcome to contact us for any problems

during production.

2..Could you send your technicians to our place for installation and train our people?

Yes, we’d like to send technicians to your place for installation as your requirement and your part shall bear the

associated fees.

3.What is the method of payment?

by T/T 30% down payment, 70% upon machinery completion.
