Brief introduction:

 

This machine is composed of front support, feeding entrance, spiral, filter, juice container back support, dregs outlet. The spiral is supported by rolling beating at one end, and by hard wheel beating at the other end.

 

We have two types of spiral juicing machine,one is ordinary juicer,without the broken function.That is to say we should chop the leafy vegetables and cut some other vegetable&fruit into cubes: such as carrots,tomato,pineapple,apple,orange,blueberry,pepper,spinach etc. 

 

The other type increase a broken unit,in other words,it combines crushing and extracting function togethe on one machine, so it can squeezing directly .This made it widely suitable for processing various berriess,pome fruits and vegetables etc.

 

 

Working  principle:

 

1.When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under the boosting of the spiral and the extracted juice will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged through the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part.

2.The movement towards the axial direction by the pressure adjusting head can adjust the size of interval so as to adjust the juice extracting rate.
