Auto glass is made of 0.76mm PVB , sandwiched between two sheet of glass having same thickness.10% lighter than tempered glass, reducing the overall car weight up to 4kg that depending on the size of the vehical.

The enhanced structural resistance of laminated glass aids the safety performance  of front and side curtain airbags during a collision.

Jiahua SAFLAYER®PVB FILM for windshield is made from the HAOCHENG®PVB RESIN and the 3GO plasticizer and the other addictives  by plasticizing and casting. It is applied to the laminated safety glass for the auto windshield, rear glass ,and the side glass.
