Definition: Pvb film is a macromolecule material which is made from the Polyvinyl Butyral Resin, plasticizer and addictives through plasticization and casting.

Equipment: We have the advanced product line imported from the USA and France. The Cloren mold Xaloy screen changers and gear pump are from the USA, Scantech thickness   gauge is from France.

Raw material: The raw material of the PVB RESIN is supplied by Qingdao Haocheng Industrial Co., Ltd who have been manufacturing the RESIN since 1985. 

Certificate: The GB/T19001-2008, Test Report of the laminated glass with the SAFLAYER PVB FILM.

Applications: building glass, auto windshield and rear glass, bullet-proof glass, PV-module film

Function:

The package:

 The pvb film is insulated with PE film, cased into an aluminum foil bag, then vacuum sealed, and lastly into wood box or card drum. There should be quality certificate, packing list in the package. The marks of moisture proof, shock proof and sunlight proof should be labeled.

 Shelf life: under normal atmospheric temperature, if well-packaged, the shelf life can be 2 years
