Description:

KIMA - S203 is a kind of methylene type organophosphorus corrosion scale inhibitor, molecular weight 573, which can mix with water any proportion, stable chemical properties. It belongs to hazardous class 8.1. Two valence metal ions are complicated. Used with zinc ions composite it has good scale and corrosion inhibitor performance, showing the ideal synergies, scale inhibition performance of calcium carbonate and barium sulfate.

Product Characteristics and Advantage

With iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions it can form stable complex compound and dissolve metal oxide on the surface of the; it is not easy to decompose in hydrolysis and in general conditions of field. With chelate metal ions in water, it does not reflect metal properties, thus it has good resistance barium sulfate and calcium carbonate scale effect and obvious solution limit effect.

Applications

Oil field: oil field water injection back up scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor.

Paper chemical: chelating agent

Circulating cooling water: the corrosion scale inhibitor

Printing and dyeing: chelating agent and oxygen bleaching stabilizer;

Package and Storage:

Packing in 200L drum or 1000L IBC. Storage: twenty-four months in room shady and dry place.
