Description

Polyacrylic Acid (similar to Acumer1050) is Acrylic acid Polymers. It is highly efficient stabilizer for inorganic phosphate & zinc salt! It is also excellent dispersant, providing good corrosion inhibition performance for Organic Phosphonate. It is a general purpose scale inhibitor, as it is effective to inhibit precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium fluoride, calcium sulfate, strontium sulfate, and other low solubility salts.

Character

It can be used as excellent dispersant for inorganic particulates & Stabilizers for scale inhibitors of organic phosphonate. No corrosion can be caused when applied in circulating water. Good chemical and thermal stability; Easy to detect its effective concentration in the system.

Advantages

Used in cooling water to keep the heat exchanger clean, improving the service life of heat exchanger and enhance the concentration ratio of circulating water. It can be configured, stored and used in wide range of temperature and pH value. It is easy to detect in circulating water so as to facilitate the determination of dosage.
 

Applications

1) Industrial circulating water: Scale inhibition in open recirculating cooling circuits (CaCO₃ scale in particular);

2) As stabilizer of the calcium phosphonate;

3) Good dispersant for particles.  

Package: Freezing or long term cold storage of Polyacrylic Acid liquid may cause some separation of the components. Although product performance is not impaired as long as the whole container is heated and well mixed, it is recommended to keep Polyacrylic Acid liquid from freezing.

Storage:Normally in 200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L) can be used as required. Storage for one year in room shady and dry place.
