LIFETIME

According to product design and end users' years experience, strictly following our operation manual and make genset load under 85% of prime power, we guarantee the major overhaul terminal more than 15000 hours, and lifetime is over 20 years.

WARRANTY

Since Gen-set reaches the agreed destination,its main parts will be guaranteed within 12 months or 2000hours(subject to the date which comes first.)We take charge of all troubles caused by Gen-sets fault and repair according to the regulation stipulated by original plants.Factors not in accordance with the regulation of original plants such as fragile parts ,daily consumed components,wrong operation and lack of maintenance are not included in the quality guarantee.
