Main feature 

 

1. This furnace is ideal equipment for charring macadamia nut shell into charcoal briquette, charcoal ball, . The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace. 
2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption. 
3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period. 
4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar. 

 

Advantage 

 

this type machine has a purified system,before the appointed  temperature,smoke generating from the stove will be purified before exhausting gases into atmosphere.After the temperature of the stove arrived appointed level,the gas generating in this stove are useful gases which can be recycling,then stove doesn't need outer heating. 

 

 Capacity: it could deal with around 6ton raw materials per day per set, If you need more capacity, we could match more sets
