New model carbonization furnace
Main introduction	Capacity: get 3ton charcoal /24hours per set
	we could put 2ton raw materials per inner basket, the carbonizing time is 8hours per
	baskets, so we will carbonize 6ton raw materials, and get 3ton charcoal.
	Main structure: There has three inner baskets and main furnace per set,we also
	match hoisting tools or crane for operating.
	The furnace is our new design, also have the oil collecting tools
	How to operate: We put the inner basket into main furnace by hoisting tools
	or crane, after carbonizing 8hours, then take inner basket out, let it cool by nature
	at the same time, we put another inner basket inside, this is the continuouse process

 

 

 

No Pollution and No Smoke
Environment friendly	Why: When carbonizing, there is no smoke and no pollution, there has two reasons
	a:At the beginning of carbonization, the smoke return to the water box
	b:After carbonize about 40mins, it will produce the gas, the gas will return to main
	furnace, it get burning.
	c.There has special pipe for dealing with tar oil.
