5.Drawing

The whole machine includes one outer stove(Main furnace), three inner stoves(inner pot) and the 3 ton Lifting frame

When one inner stove finished carbonization, we will use the lifting frame to hoist the inner stove out from the outer stove, then let the inner stove natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove, which will save a lot of time, so the productivity increases a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

6.Operation instruction

1.Installation
Install correctly the pipe as the numbers marked, then put the stove on suitable area to start production.

2.Preparation
-take out of the ovens,put it near the coal storage area.
-open the cover of the oven,tilt it,put raw coal into oven.
-after finished,cover the oven,hoist it into stove.
-seal the edges of the cover by sand soil,then start carbonization.

3.Carbonization

Ignite and start to carbonization, which is operated by carbonization technology.

4.After carbonization
After the end of carbonization,adjust the smoke valve to stop the carbonization in oven to finish carbonization.

5.Sealed to cool
Hoist out oven covered and put it on the cooling area to cool down.

6.Carbonization of circulation
Put into another ready ovens and continue to carbonize. The process and technology is same of above-mentioned scheme.

7.Take out the carbonized materials
When the carbonized materials are cooled completely, open the cover to get all out.Then put into raw materials again to carbonize circularly.

Disvantage	Low capacity(need long time to carbonized)

Air-flow Model LTA series

Advantage	One out stove low capacity, but its can connected 2,3 or 4 together,get big capacity charcoal one time.carbonized time is short.
Disvantage	Expensive than natural model stove

Disvantage	Need big place to install the full product line,and expensive. just suitable for small powder raw material, such as rice husk, sawdust
