      Mechanical charcoal rod briquette machine is mainly suitable to press coal powders, charcoal powders, shisha powders into different kinds of shapes. This kind of briquette has been used in China family for almost 80 years. And now, it is selled in the world markets well.The briquets have the advantages of being fullly burned due to the holes increasing the surface with the air in the briquettes. Normally, the briquets can burn for 1.5 hours. Of course, the last time for combustion also depends on the raw material. The better the raw materil is, the longer the last time for burning is. Less coal residues after burned, it is just because of the special honeycomb shape design of the briquette.

     The briquette machine has been mainly used in home fire, heating with anthracite honeycomb made of cylindrical briquettes or other kinds of shapes.

1)the inner diameter of the briquets is usually 12 or 14mm. Of course, 20 or 22 mm is also well.

2)the quick-wear parts of the machine include the punching needle, guiding rod, moving plate and bottom core. So we suggest our customers buy more these machine parts to avoid effecting the productivity.
