I.Product Description

Briquette pressure ball machine is mainly used for pressing materials with low water content such as all kinds of charcoal powders, ore powder and refractory, coal powder , carbon black powder and other mine powder mineral materials. This kind of metal scrap briquette machine is easy to press all kinds of powder into round,square shape or pillow shape,and our machine even can press some shapes with companies’logo. thus reduce the environmental production of dust and also save the material delivery cost .

II.Briquette Technology

Materials briquetting is the transformation of the powdery or granular material into the convenient bigger lump size. This is accomplished by compacting the material with a roller press, sometimes in the presence of a binding material. The briquettes can be produced with high or low pressure and can undergo mechanical or thermal treatment according to the characteristics of the processed material.

Attention matters:

·The moisture of the raw material should be around 8%-10%.

·The size of the raw material should be less than 3mm,and also need to add the binders into the raw materials, or the products would be not hard and tough enough..

·There are three kinds of rollers about our machine, such as 65, 9Cr2M, and stainless steel alloy. Among the three kinds of rollers, the stainless steel alloy is the best to resist the corrosion.

III.Final Shape

Final shapes made by this machine are Oval Shape , Pillow Shape ,Square, Bun or with companies’Logo shape . ( different forming mould that you can choose )
