Brief description

This wood pellet machine is a kind of flat die wood pellet extruder machine, which is made of a set of press roller, flat die, feeder and electric motor(or diesel engine). The pellets are made from sawdust or other biomass materials under great pressure created between die and roller.

Before making pellets, the raw materials should be satified with requirements as follows:

1. the feeding size should be in 3-5mm. 

2. moisture content is 12-20%.
