Agricultural equipment small floating fish feed pellet machine is widely used for producing pet food pellets and all kinds of aquatic animal food, such as shrimp, tilapia, catfish, crab etc. Finished pellets can be floating on water for 24 hours and don't pollute water.  

* Screw sleeve use 40Cr as material. Its  features are high hardness and good durability.

* Separate electric cabinet. Thus customer control main motor, feeded motor  and cutter motor convenient and well.

* Feeder motor and cutter motor are adjustable speed motor. Customers could adjust the  feeding speed and final pellets shape according to their own requirements.

* The sleeve includes two layers: internal sleeve, outer sleeve. If there are wear, cusomter just need to replace the internal sleeve to save maintance cost.

* It is quipped with the temperature controller which can control the temperature of machine. The main factor for making floating fish food pellets is to control the temperature.

* Usually, our technician will design more larger hopper for feed material well.
