Introduction

Working process of floating fish feed extruder

When raw materials are put into the feeding hopper, the feeder will feed the raw materials into the forming barrel. There is a screw in the forming barrel which will impel the raw materials out of the mold(die). At the same time, the heating rings around the barrel will work. It will help to cure the raw materials and help to puff them. With the function of screw and heating rings, the raw materials will be puffed out of the mold(die) with certain shape. As soon as it comes out of the mold, the automatic cutter will cut them into pieces. By the way, after high temperature heating, the final pellets is good for animal digestion. The size and shape of the holes on the mold decides the size and shape of the final pellets. Customer only need to change the mold to get different pellets.
