      Charcoal and coal extruder briquette machine is suitable to make high density charcoal briquette to burn easily. To conserve the envionment and make best use of coal and charcoal resource, we try to utilize these resource with its heat. Especially, for the household’ utility, to burn the charcoal fully and attain the max heat, we find all kinds of methods to change the shape of the forming charcoal. This machine has the ability to make different kinds of shapes final briquettes such as the cylindrical, pillar with the polygonal cross section and other shapes. And the center of the charcoal briquettes can be made into being hollow for good combustion.

Attention matters as followings:

1)our machines have the automatic cutting blades, and can save more labors for customers.

2)the moisture of raw material should be controled by 8-15%, or there is going to effect the forming rate and the hardness of the final briqettes.

3)the size of raw material should be less than 3mm, which would contribute to forming the final briquettes easily.

4)the size of final briquettes can be made by 6-40mm. The cross secton of pillar can be customised based on our customers’ needs.
