This machine is to compress coal and charcoal powders into the briquettes.

Raw materials condition:

1) Coal and charcoal powders size less than 3mm. If size is too large, you need to crush them firstly.

2) Coal and charcoal moisture should be around 10%.

3) Binder is necessary and they need to be mixed evenly with raw materials.

Packing and shipping:

Packing is plywood case and delivery is 15-20 working days after your deposit.

Before delivery, we will take pictures of the machines for your confirmation. You can also come to check the machines by yourself, let your friends in China check the machine or apply for third-party inspection.

1) What is size and moisture of raw material?

Size needs to be around 3mm and moisture needs to be around 10%.

If raw materials are lump coal or charcoal, you need to crush them firstly.

If moisture is high, you need to dry them.

2) What is briquettes diameter and length?

Popular diameter is 30-50mm. It has a cutter to adjust briquettes length.
