20TPH coal briquette plant/coal briquette press line for delivery 

In the past three days, we were busying to load a 20TPH coal briquette line into containers. It is line which is made up of dosing hoppers, rotary dryer, crushing machine, mixing machine, pre-pressing machine and coal briquette press machine. For the whole line, it needs 5 containers to load.

As there are different kinds of raw materials used in the line, we designed several dosing hoppers in the beginning of the line. These hoppers can be used to control the percentage of each kind of materials. Also it can keep the total capacity at 20Ton per hour. The rotarty dryer will reduce the moisture of raw materials into suitable level for briquetting. The crushing machine is used to crush coal nuts into 0-3mm coal powder. The mixing machine is used to mix coal powder with binders evenly. Pre-pressing machine is used to enhance the bulk density of raw materials. Coal briquette press machine is used to press raw materials into briquettes. It is hydraulic type coal briquette machine. The pressure between its rollers are adjustable.
