A complete coal briquette production line:

This production plant are divided into several parts as following: crushing, drying, dosing, mixing (dry binder and liquid binder), briquetting, and final briquettes drying.

1. Crushing: there are a few types of crusher for your choosing, like hammers crusher, vertical crusher, grinder, and other crushers. According to your different materials, i will recommend you the different crushers to help you.

2. Drying: usually the dryer in this part is the rotary dryer, different capacities will match different models of rotary dryer.

3. Dosing: the dosing hopper has three storage tank, two for the crushed raw material, and there is a smaller one for dry binder.

4. Mixing: i suggest you ordering 2 sets of liquid binder blender, because these two could provide continuously work without stopping.

5. Briquetting: this type coal briquette machine adopts for two rollers squeezing. Rollers materials are different, normally it is 65Mn, and also we can do the 9Cr2Mo and stainless steel.

6. Final briquettes drying: after drying, the moisture of briquette can be approximate 7%.
