Process

4. Belt conveyor ( it is used to transport raw material to next process )

5. Dosing machine ( the machine is used to store and buffer raw material and binder )

6. Belt conveyor ( here, the best conveyor is used to transport raw material and binder into double shafts mixer )

7. Double shafts mixer ( the double shafts mixer is used for mixing raw material and binder more evenly. )

8. Belt conveyor ( the belt conveyor is used for transporting mixed well raw material to coal briquette machine )

9. Coal briquette machine ( the machine can compress raw material into solid briqettes )

10. Belt conveyor ( the machine is used to transport finished briquettes come out )

11. Mesh belt dryer ( the dryer is used for reducing the moisture of finished briquette to suitable humidity for packing )

12. One suit of electric cabinet ( the electric cabinet is used to control the complete production line. It can make the operation more safety and convenient )
