Service life of roller and die is 300-500 hours under normal running condition. Most of 

dies can be used on both sides, it is recommended to replace roller and die at the same 

time. Make sure there are no hard materials mixed with raw materials. Because it is 

easy to destory the die and roller.

Avaliable materials:

1. Raw material moisture requirement is 10-15% before enter into Pellet Machine .

2. The diameter of pellet (final size ) could be 1.5mm-60mm, according to customer’s need .

Working princle:

The raw materials must be powdery, and the moisture is 12%- 18%, mix the raw materials and 

water up. If the moisture is not enough, you need to add more water, or there would not be pellet. 

It is easy to operate the machine and easy maintan. You can change the length of final products 

according to your need.

Final products:

You can choose different die with different hole diameter, can adjust the length by the 

cutter to attach your requirement.

Package:

First step: packed in plastic film by seperated parts to avoid rusting
Second step: packed in fumigation-free wooden case
