1. Raw material moisture requirement is 10-15% before enter into Pellet Machine .

Working principle:

The raw materials must be powdery, and the moisture is 12%- 18%, mix the raw materials and water 

up. If the moisture is not enough, you need to add more water, or there would not be pellets. It is 

easy to operate the machine and easy maintan. You can change the length of final products 

according to your need, different length attached different need. Normally speaking, it is not 

necessary to add binder.

Final products:

You can choose different die with different hole diameter, can adjust the length by the 

cutter to attach your requirement.

2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden  box, put 

machine in and fixed the box after loading.

Question: Motor halts suddenly.

Answers: 1. Voltage is low.

                  2. Pressure between roller and die is too high.

Solutions: 1. Start the mill again when voltage is stable.

                  2. Adjust the clearance between die and rollers.
