Main furnace : It is Mn high temperature resistent steel plate 

Inner pot : around is 8mm thinkness ,bottom is about 10 mm steel plate

size : each inner pot diameter is 1460mm 1430mm 1400mm hight is 1.52 m

so the inner pot volume is 2.54cbm 2.43cbm and 2.34 cbm

3. The way to operate  bamboo carbonization furnace

We put materials into the inner pot directly.then put the materials into the inner pot by hoisting tools

or crane ,after carbonization for 8 hours hang out the inner pot then let it cool by nature .

At the same time put another inner pot into the main furnace than contitue to carbonize next biomass materials.
