the diameter should be less than 5mm, the moisture should be 8 to 12%.

the main part of briquette machine is :screw ,forming tube,heating rings,

after heating at first, when the sawdust of raw materials (such as Wood chips, sawdust, sunflower seed husk, sugar cane bagasse and so on )at diameter of 3-5mm be send into the briquette machine, the materials will be heating in the forming tube ,then it be molded into briquette:sawdust stick with a hole in the middle.

if you want to get charcoal, the briquette need be carbonized.

Firstly, we package machine by plastic film to avoid rust.

A: What materials should you use?

You can use all the agricultural and forest wastes. But your biomass material that used to make briquettes must be in the form of powder and having moisture level of 8%-12%. 

B: What diameter of briquette can we produce?

C: Which shape can we choose?

This machine can only produce stick and hollow shape briquette. We can customize hexagonal or sqaure shape for your reference.
