Directions

Charcoal Grill: Preheat grill then bank coals on either side of the grill. Place mat and food to be cooked directly on grill surface in the center of the grill with a drip pan underneath.

Do not place mat directly over coals.

Gas Grill: Preheat grill, then turn off center burner(s) and lower teperature of other burner(s).

Place the mat and food directly on the grill surface, above the burner(s) that are turned off.
