Mechanically these screens are sturdy with a break strength of 450 lbs./inch of width.

The Screens will not stretch and therefore they keep their dimensional stability.

The nonstick properties of the Screens allow even the most delicate of fish to be turned without the fear of the fish breaking up.

Smoking of meats is a breeze as is the dehydrating of Jerky foods.

(Beef, Chickens and fish) The Screens will not stain or pick up odors from previously prepared foods.

The small openings in the screen prevent foods from slipping down through the grates of the grill or smoker.

Easy to clean in a warm water rinse.

The screens are also dishwasher safe.
