Usage and dosage

1 Treating abdominal distension abdominal pain

1) Smash the old roots, take about 40 grams to 60 grams into boiled water to drink or add them into food.  

2) Use the whole lemon grass including the root, 5 strains in total, cut them into sections, add some water and salt to boil together, drink it every day, drink one cup each time, drink it three days continually, abdominal pain can be cured.

2 Treat urination difficulty (But there is no edema symptom)

3) Use fresh old stem, about 40g to 60g, or dry stem about 20g to 30g, Boiled water to drink, three times one day, about 75ml each time, drink it before dinner  

4) Cut Underground and old root into slices, roast them slightly on the fire until they look a little yellow, then boiled water to drink. Three times a day, about 75ml each time, drink it before dinner
