This Biodynamic extra-virgin olive oil comes from the uncontaminated hills of Lucania, from olives groves cultivated Biologically and Biodynamically The olives are hand-picked, stone grinded. The oil is cold extracted in the traditional way and stored mainly in dark glass containairs. Its wholly natural colour is yellow strained with green. Its full flavour, noble and round, is typical of this region.
