Tianpeng, a company specializing in horseradish production, has been engaged in cultivating, harvesting and dry processing of the horseradish. Tianpeng Food sales about 5,500-6,000 tons horseradish products all over the world, accounting for more than a third of the global supply. Tianpeng is the largest horseradish export enterprise with its subordinate companies contributes annual value of production about $30 million.

KAISEKI literally mean "bosom-pocket stone". The idea came from the practice where Zen monks would ward off hunger by putting warm stones into the front folds of their robes, near their bellies. Kaiseki is often very expensive among Japanese haute cuisines with 400 years history. Inspired by the ideology, the Kaiseki series under Tianpeng brand, work hard to produce the best quality sake, mirin and other fermented products.
