The machine adopt the high-prssure  blowers to blowing off water surface of food, especially suitable for the various vegetabe , foods, fruit  such as :cherry  tomatoes, jujube, kumquat and so  on after washing.  The fruit first will be sent to washing part, through the entire cleaning , then the cleaned fruit will be sent to the converor belt to dry .The drying machine  has strong power to  blow away the  water .
