this Commercial Toy Pillow Filling Machine Single Mouth 

Is designed for  filling PP Cotton, Cotton,Fiber to plush toys,

 sofa, pillow etc. It is widely used in plush toys, home textiles, furniture and clothing industries.

This Filling machine adopt cold plate as main case, through paint spraying process of surface, and stirrer device inside, also there is a small gasholder, for easy filling when step the foot pedal.

When using, first feed PP cotton,pearl wool, plastic particles, foam material or other raw filling material into the machine, and it will stirring inside the machine, step the foot pedal, it will complete the filling by the help of stress of air.

One double mouth filling machine’s productivity is proved even more than 10-15 workers.
