2. Four head pallet block extruder machine

Equipment disposition: Generally four hot presses are a production line, must provide the dryer, the gluing machine, grinder each. (Dryer, gluing machine, grinder and so on supporting facility customer buys in addition).

Personnel disposition: Production personnel’s 4-5 person of/classes. And raw material sort (screening), drying, spreads 2-3 people, looked that machine 2 people (a person may look at two machines).
Production cycle: After confirmation order form and payment advanced payment, 40 super craftsmanship factory delivery.
Equipment investment recoupment period: 10— 12 months.

Installation:

1. The customer should prepare the factory well before the engineer come the install the machines.

2. The customer should pay flight tickets and visa for the engineers

3. The customer should provide hotel and food for the engineers.

4. The customer should pay everyday 100USD salary to the engineers.

5. Total install time will be 8days to 15days. Include training customers’ workers, and testing the machine well and making sure the machine can work well.

6. The customer should prepare one translator for our engineer for communication.

7. The engineer should come to install the machine immediately after the customer send the invitation letter and that should be the machine reach the customers ‘factory.

Warranty

1. Warranty time: 1 year

2. Within three years, if any spare parts broken because of the quality of the machine itself we will provide free spare parts, but as for the wrong operation of the workers, we will not be responsible for the spare parts.

3. We provide all the technical and service for our machines, include install the machine well, test the machine well, and train the workers.
