Features:

The pipes we used in the candle making machines are seamless brass pipes with 1.2-1.5mm in thickness.They are stretched to candle shapes with shinning surface,corrosion resistant steel,quick cooling the temperature and so on. 
The candle making machines are well durable used without electric power.They are easy in operation and in reparation.The mould elevator system are used by carbon steel (they are gear-wheel,gear-bar,gear-roller and helical roller,elevator-bar and pushing-bar).The cooling water tank is used by top class steel plate with 3-4mm in thickness.They are punched by hydraulics with recycling water pipes which makes the water to quick cooling down in temperature.

 Each candle making machine whatever takes land or operating land is no more than 2 square meters. 
The candle making machines we produced are in simple operation,lower investment but good economic efficiency.They can be widely used for large scale,medium scale or small scale manufacturers.

            The wax heater machine consist by three layers of inside stainless steel layer, heating layer and temperature keeping layer.The machine with melted wax discharge switch and thermal oil discharge switches.

         We can do 220V or 380v according required.

The heater use the electrical heating the thermal oil, the heated thermal oil melt the wax, the machine with the temperature controller which can automatic control the temperature, the thermal oil will not reduce during working.
