1Application: 

the furnace is a new style rapid energy-saving melting furnace ,mainly applied to the melting of aluminum alloys, especially to the discontinuous melting of single furnace with more scrap return such as aluminum sections ,aluminum products, alloy board and waste aluminum etc.

2. Main Characteristics:

a. Adopt round hearth furnace with vertical furnace combining: Strong furnace gas circulation ,temperature uniformity ,no part overheating and over burning ,high quality ,materials preheating, low energy consumption.

b. .Reasonable Furnace Door Structure:: The furnace door don’t need to charge ,so it is small and sealed ,with few opening time ,small heat loss ,no slag refine dead corner ,easy operation and a good operating environment.

c. Adopt air preheat and shell interlayer air duct ,which can decrease energy consumption, improve working condition.

d. Adopt High –efficiency Energy-saving Burner as heat source :with characteristics of easy ignition, fast warming, high jet speed ,complete combustion, small air access to efficient.

e. Adopt charging from the top and from the furnace door combining, which is more flexible and has wide range of application.
