Tilting Rotary Furnace is a Type of High Efficient Melting Furnace; It Consists of Furnace Body, Fixed Bottom Base, The Activity Base, Furnace door, Refractory Liner Materials, Tilting System, Driving device, Combustion System, and Control System. The Body using Medium Plate Welding after Rolling, It Usually with Sealed Construction, One End is for feeding the Raw Materials which installed with Resistant Steel Casting Parts. It Keeps a Certain Angle versus the Center Axis when in working status. It installed a burner in the bottom of door; the door can be Moved and Can Open or Closed Manually. The hydraulic cylinder at right side will jack up the furnace slowly and finish unloading the molten aluminum.
