We grow wasabi using a spring from a stalactite cave called 'Jyaana' in Gujo, Gifu Prefecture. This spring flows all year round with the temperature around 15℃ which is the optimal temperature for wasabi growth. Taking advantages of such privileged environment in this region, we are working on wasabi cultivation.
