Description
The ESWPLwater-based coatings full production equipments starts with materials feeding and end to finished product filling and package. It consists in raw material feeding, both powder and liquid feeding, pre-milling process, then high speed mixing and milling process, pigment coloring process, filtering, filling and capping. The whole production process can work fully automatically to reduce the operator labor intensity and it also avoid the quality problem due to human factors. Its products are with stable quality.
Process Description
Material measuring and feeding

* Measuring system and vacuum feeding system is optional
Mill base production process
- While feeding the powder and water, high speed disperser starts to pre-dissolve the material
Start to disperse and mill the mill base liquid
* High speed disperser and basket mill can be equipped into one mixing tank.
Finishing paint process
Put emulsion and resin into the ready mill base and start to mix evenly with low speed
Coloring paint
- Add pigments concentration or colorants to tint the color you need
Filtering
- Put the finish coating into the bag filter, and just let clean and even paint into filling procee
Filling
- Semi or full automatic filling machine to get your ideal package.
Electric Control System
- Each system equips with electric control system besides the working area.
