WORKING PRINCIPLE: CATALYTIC PYROLYSIS, COOLING, SEDIMENTATION AND SPLIT-FLOW.
Getting oil from waste plastic is through pyrolysis oiling technique, that is, to break the waste plastic by
heating or by adding some catalyst then to get polymerization monomer, diesel oil, gasoline, fuel oil,
mineral wax and so on. Pyrolysis oiling of waste plastic is not only pollution-free to environment, butalso
can recycle energy effectively. In other words, the pyrolysis oiling is a kind of inverse process of
manufacturing plastic products with raw materials of petroleum in petrochemical industry. According to
the different composition of waste plastics, different catalyst is used for pyrolysis, compared with domestic
pyrolytic cracking oilingtechnology, ours increases the capacity efficiency, and improves the quality of oil.

Security and Environmental Conservation
1. Waste gas. With the design of two safety water seal and gas nozzle where waste gas can burn fully, it not only eliminates
the waste gas pollution, but also saves a lot of fuel. In the aspect of dusttreatment, we use ZTC series de-sulfuration dust
remover, so that the dust emission can reach relevant GB13271—2001 standards.
2. Waste liquor. In the step of processing oil, there will cause some weakly acid waste water (50kg waste waste will be
produced for every 1 ton of oil, but small quantity and easy to handle). After neutralizing by adding the weak lye, neutral
waste water has to go through tertiary filtration until it is not harmful, then let it flow into the special evaporation processor
to evaporate and its heat source is flue waste heat of main processor).
3. Waste solid. After catalytic thermal cracking of waste tires, the remaining residue is carbon black, which is a kind of
chemical raw materials.
